Call for Submissions

We are now inviting submissions for the 3rd International Conference of the Asia-Pacific Society for Prevention Research! To submit an abstract for the conference, follow this link and provide details of your submission.

Submissions for the conference close on Thursday, 31 December 2026.

Submission Criteria

Submission types accepted for this conference will be individual paper presentations, posters, and symposia. All submissions must meet the requirements specific to their presentation type.

Paper presentation

Paper presentations must be no more than 10 minutes long and will be allocated 5 minutes for questions at the end. All paper submissions must include the following:

• Paper title (maximum 15 words)

• Conference theme
  (see the Conference Information page for more details)

• Authors (Title, full name, institutional affiliation)

• Abstract (maximum 300 words)

• Keywords (3-5 keywords)

Poster presentation

Posters must be A0 size and can be in either portrait or landscape orientation. All posters submissions must include the following:

• Poster title (maximum 15 words)

• Conference theme
  (see the Conference Information page for more details)

• Authors (Title, full name, institutional affiliation)

• Abstract (maximum 300 words)

• Keywords (3-5 keywords)

Symposium

Symposia will be given 90 minutes and must consist of 4-6 presenters. All symposium submissions must include the following:

• Symposium title (maximum 15 words)

• Conference theme
  (see the Conference Information page for more details)

• Symposium lead (title, full name, institutional affiliation)

• Symposium abstract (maximum 300 words)

• Symposium keywords (3-5 keywords)

• Number of presenters

• Paper authors (title, full name, institutional affiliation - per paper)

• Paper abstracts (maximum 300 words - per paper)
