Our 2025 online conference brings together leading researchers and practitioners in prevention science from the region.

We are seeking submissions for our digital poster session that showcase the breadth of prevention research across the Asia-Pacific. This is a great opportunity to make connections with researchers and showcase your work.

ABOUT THE POSTER SESSION

The poster session will be hosted on Padlet, an online tool for visual collaboration. All posters will be viewable at the same time, and visitors can comment on and discuss each poster – a little like participating in an online discussion board! 

How to submit your poster

  • The poster should address at least one aspect of the conference theme (Prevention in the Asia-Pacific: What works? What doesn’t? What holds promise?).

  • Create a landscape-format poster using A0 format (84.1cm high x 118.9 cm wide). Microsoft PowerPoint can be used for this. The poster must be on a single slide. Further information about setting a custom slide size can be found here.

  • Submit your poster slide by email to asiapacificspr@gmail.com.

Poster awards

1. Best overall poster. The poster that best represents the conference theme, with information presented in an accessible and appealing way.
